AirAndAqua.com offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee (conditions apply, please view returns below for conditions) - You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be authorized a return code. You must get this code before returning items. The manufacturer of products is liable for fulfilling all warranty coverage where applicable.

We do not sell or share any information with third parties, unless we are commanded by a court of law for some investigative reason.  We respect your privacy as our own.  If we think you may be interested in another line of products, we will first contact you and obtain your permission to send information. Shipping

• We only ship to the U.S.A. , Canada and the United Kingdom. *FREE SHIPPING offers apply only to the contiguous 48 states in the U.S.A.*
• Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. Please note that the average time from purchase to delivery of shipment is within 1 week.
• YOU are responsible for any Customs and/or Duty fees imposed upon you in International Shipping. If AirAndAqua.com, Inc. received fees that were not paid by the customer, than said customer's credit card and or account will be charged the full value of fees.
• AirAndAqua.com is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged (see next line for the exception) during shipping, we will try our best to help resolve the issue between customer and shipping company if any problems occur. AirAndAqua.com keeps record of all shipments and ships expediently with care.
• GLASS WATER BOTTLES: AirAndAqua.com will replace individual water bottles if broken during shipping but with a $4 fee for shipping and restocking (up to 5 free replacement bottles).  If an entire pack needs replacing we only ask the cost of shipping and $9 for a replacement pack (*fee will be determined when during customer support*). We try our best to package the bottles as safely as possible and it is a very rare occurrence for the bottles to break. All packs are inspected before shipping. Returns only allowed on UNUSED Bottles, once used they cannot be returned.
• When paying by credit card it can take 1-5 days for payments to clear before we ship. Some times the shipping rates change during this time. We do not refund shipping costs if the actual cost to ship ends up being lower than the price the customer pays. Some times the rates increase and we end up paying the remainder of the fee. Please see product specific shipping below, sometimes a customer may choose one shipping service but that shipping service may not be available in which case it will be shipped via the only possible way, which is through the services as listed below. This is non-negotiable.

Product Specific Shipping

• AirAndAqua.com Stock ships via USPS or UPS (depending on customers selection*) - *Customer does not choose shipping method with free shipping.
• Ultra-Pure, Advanced Pure Living and PetPro products ship via FedEX only
• PureWater2Go, Pure-Earth and CaluTech Products ship via UPS only
• AirAndAqua.com will only give shipping refunds if a customer orders expedited shipping, paying extra fees, and then expedited shipping is not available; or we are unable to ship item. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
• UPS does NOT deliver to Box office addresses. If UPS shipping is the only method available for the items you order and customer gives a PO BOX for shipping we will contact the customer and attempt to get an alternate address for shipping.

Coupons

• Coupons are only applicable as stated where said coupon is advertised.
• Coupons are only applicable when used during checkout, you may not apply coupons to orders already processed. (In some cases they can be used after the fact, but you may incur a small fee *to be determined* for the refund. This fee is only to cover the chargeback costs that AirAndAqua.com suffers from charging back on a card)
• You may only use one coupon per order.

Returns

• You are responsible for Shipping fees on returns. AirAndAqua.com, Inc. does not pay for shipping charges on returns
• You must contact info@airandaqua.com within 30 days for returns.
• AirAndAqua.com, Inc will issue you a return authorization code for returns.
• 15% Restocking Fee on ALL Returns. *Please contact us if you have any concerns on this issue*
• If a product is used in a way which it was not intended to be used, or faulty installation causes damage, AirAndAqua.com will not be held liable for damages caused by/or to product. AirAndAqua.com will not accept returns on items that have been used in an unintended way than how the manufacturer has specified it to be used.
