The information found on Airandaqua.com is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.  This includes warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement of third party rights, and accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information herein. The foregoing applies to any information found on websites hyperlinked to AirandAqua.com.  This material could be outdated or contain inaccuracies.  In no event shall AirAndAqua.com, Inc. or its affiliates be liable for damage caused by changes in products and their availability.  This includes the discontinuation of products and parts as well as changes in their manufacture.  Such changes will remain at the sole discretion of the manufacturer and the agreement between Air and Aqua.com, Inc. and the manufacturers.  If, after you have ordered a particular product, a change in color, design or effectiveness occurs, we will notify you of this prior to shipment.  You will then be given the choice to keep, replace or cancel your order.  If you choose to accept neither the default replacement item nor another comparable product, you will receive a full refund, at which point no harm or damages will have occurred.

The manufacturer is liable for fulfilling any warranty coverage.

Shipping

• FREE SHIPPING offers apply only to the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.A.
• We ship only to the U.S.A., Canada and the United Kingdom. Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery. Please also note that the average time from purchase to delivery of shipment is within one week.
• You are responsible for any customs and/or duty fees imposed when shipping internationally.  If AirAndAqua.com, Inc. is charged any such fees, your credit card or account will be charged the full value of the fees.
• AirAndAqua.com, Inc. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping (see next bullet for the exception).  However, upon such an event, we will try our best to help resolve the issue between you and the shipping company. We keep record of all shipments and ship expediently with care.
• GLASS WATER BOTTLES: AirAndAqua.com will replace individual water bottles if broken during shipping but will impose a $4 fee for shipping and restocking (up to 5 free replacement bottles).  If an entire pack needs replacing, we only ask the cost of shipping and $9 for a replacement pack (fee will be determined during a conversation with customer service). We try our best to package the bottles as safely as possible, and it is a very rare occurrence for the bottles to break. All packs are inspected before shipping.
• When paying by credit card it can take 1-5 days for payments to clear before we (or the manufacturer) ship.  Occasionally the shipping rates change during this time.  We do not refund shipping costs if the actual cost to ship ends up being lower than the price paid.  If the rate increases, AirandAqua.com will pay the remainder of the fee.  Please see product-specific shipping below.  
• Upon the event that a customer chooses a shipping service unavailable to his/ her purchase, the package will be shipped via the method determined by the manufacturer.  This is non-negotiable.  The services available for specific manufacturers are listed below.

Product Specific Shipping

• AirAndAqua.com Stock ships via USPS or UPS.  Customer does not choose shipping method with free shipping.
• Ultra-Pure, Advanced Pure Living and PetPro products ship via FedEX only.
• PureWater2Go, Pure-Earth and CaluTech products ship via UPS only.
• AirAndAqua.com only gives shipping refunds if…
  •  expedited shipping becomes unavailable after the customer pays for it or
  •  we are unable to ship an item.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.
• UPS does NOT deliver to Box Office addresses.  If UPS shipping is the only delivery method available for a purchased item, and the customer provides a PO BOX address, we will contact her/ him for an alternate address.

Coupons

• Coupons are only applicable to orders as advertised.
• Coupons are only available for use during check-out; you may not apply coupons to previously-processed orders. *In some cases, they may be applied to processed orders but often with a fee to cover the cost of charging back on the card.
• Only one coupon may be used per order.

Returns

• There are no returns on glass water bottles; however, in the unlikely event that any bottles break in the mail, AirandAqua.com will replace them for a small shipping fee.  Please see shipping above for the replacement procedure. 
• You are responsible for shipping fees on returns.  AirAndAqua.com, Inc. does not pay for shipping charges on returns.
• To make a return, you must contact info@airandaqua.com within 30 days for returns of receiving your product.  At that time, AirAndAqua.com, Inc. will issue you a return authorization code.
• There is a 15% Restocking Fee on ALL Returns. *Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.
• AirAndAqua.com, Inc. will not accept returns on items that have been used in any way other than the way in which the manufacturer intended.
