Because it is specially equipped to efficiently operate at a lower consumption rate when attached to solar power, the EcoloBlue 30 only requires 300 Watts to operate efficiently.

Intended for Emergency or off-the-grid use, this EB30 Solar Panel Kit allows the EB30 to generate one to three gallons of water per day, depending on the humidity and solar conditions. This kit is modular and can be expanded by adding extra solar panels and extra batteries to allow for longer runtime.
