This premium kit is the same as the AQ-4050 Under-Sink water filter Install Kit for the Aquasana AQ-4000 Water Filter System, but includes this premium brushed nickel Pressure Relief faucet.

Kit includes mounting bracket, supply line T fittings, Deluxe porcelain valve faucet and illustrated instructions.  Requires a standard 7/8 accessory hole for installation.
