Flint, Michigan Boil Water Alert
FLINT, Michigan (WJRT) (06/18/09) — Residents in the city of Flint are being warned to boil tap water before using it because of a drop in water pressure while workers repair a water main.
That drop in pressure could allow bacterial contamination to enter the system.
Those who live in the city of Flint should not drink, make ice, brush their teeth, wash dishes or prepare food with city water without boiling it for at least one minute.
Repairs are expected to be finished later today.
